We are pleased to advise that our updated CBD website will be going live from today, Thursday 6 June 2024. In it you will hopefully discover an easier to navigate, all in one place, simplified layout of the critical CBD Program information you need.
All previous pdf guidance notes have now been converted into webpages and incorporated into the main drop-down menus. We’ve also implemented more accessible “accordion” sections into this guidance material and added additional material and examples to assist with CBD Program exemption applications. Please note that some of your older CBD links saved to favourites may no longer function.
Our intent is to help all our stakeholders save time by getting access to the most relevant information quickly, and to have a clear understanding of CBD Program requirements and processes.
